Slowly Pass the Time

The day starts to pass
And the night starts to come
The sun is setting
The day is done
I lay on my bed
And think of the day
Of how much pain you've caused
And how it's here to stay
I'm not sure why i cry
Because i'm against it in my mind
I guess it's just a hobby 4 the heart
To slowly pass the time
But my minds says your not worth it
And that you never were
The tears are just the sadness
That make my life a blur
I agree with my mind
And try to tell my heart
But these to things are seperate
They tend to grow apart
My heart says i still love you
My brain says i'm stupid
My heart tries to remind me
That i could play cupid
But in the end i listen
To neither of the two
Because in the end it is my choice
To continue loving you
Why i'll never know
Because both try to confuse me
It's like they both want something
And try to use me
But i don't dwell on their thoughts
I think about mine
And again the tears start to fall
To slowly pass the time.
