Beauty was an angel
so full of life and grace
for she was gods right hand
she helped look after all of the land
then one night so fulled with happiness and laughter
Beauty fell in love
she thought it was ironic that she was "sent from above"
Their love bloomed and grew.
Once night so full of happiness and laughter.
God told Beauty that she was to marry a martyr
Eyes full of tears Beauty begged for remorse
God said with a stilling command
You will marry this man, you will do as he commands.
Running away she told her lover of Gods plan.....
He didn't know what to do he was only a man....
Running away from the infamous god.....
He found them yes, he did
and he was livid with rage
as never before
Beauty begged for her lovers life....
she begged far into the night
Then finally when at last she could not succeed, she turned on god and screamed her curse
"Thee shall bear this almighty curse, this land be sacred to me and so it shall remain forever free from the likes of thee"
God was so angry as you could possibly tell
He shouted so loud it shook the walls of hell
Throwing lightning from the heavens towards Beauty's love
Intending to kill him from above
But the lightning missed its mark and took fair Beauty's heart.....
God then weeped for he never wanted this to happen
never not from the start
So the least he could do was mend Beauty's loves broken heart
And this my friends was the death of an angel
one so pure
one so kind
you couldn't imagine even in your mind
She had kindness and grace and the most beautiful face.....
But now shes dead
Her eyes closed forever
A pillow where she rests her head
One night so fulled with happiness and laughter ended so bad
with tragedy and sadness
Even sadder for Beauty's love who's mind and broken heart turned to the exile of madness
