3 years past

by Sean Brady   Mar 2, 2006

All those days spent all those years ago
No personal meaning to reap or sew
I still cut using the knife you gave me on Valentines Day
Never questioning but thinking what I may

Had I spoken to you lately
I would have told you how I miss you
I was your first
And you were my second
Your lips on mine always quenched my thirst
And your love always left me stunned

Sitting here now
With the complete opposite person as you
Up until now I never wondered how
Memories of all the good times we went through
Still looking for someone just like how you used to be
But someone like you would never want an @sshole like me

Had I heard from you lately
I would have told you how I miss you
I was your first
And you were my second
Your lips on mine always quenched my thirst
And your love always left me stunned

I left you for another girl
And I cant even say I regret it
You deserved better all along
Right up to the third time we split

Had I seen you lately
I would have told you how I miss you
I was your first
And you were my second
Your lips on mine always quenched my thirst
And your love always left me stunned

Nearly 3 years has passed and nothing has changed
I still love you as I did then
This is not to declare my love to you
But to tell you I miss you dearly
And if you ever need me or a friends thats always true
You know where to find me
