Life The Game That Never Ends

by Nick 198   Mar 3, 2006

I seek the burden of life
Hopeing one day to live happy
Be wealthy and find true love
The typical American dream

I cant get over the fight
Work my ass off for a shitty job
Or live the low life until i find the right one

People say get your foot in the door
But will it lead me where I want to go
Every action has a opposite or equal reaction
So who knows where I could end up tomorrow

I believe in myself enough to succeed but do i have the strength
I have the confidence to show me the way but can I paint the picture
I can feel the glory but don't know where to start
So what is a guy like me to do?

Fight for the passion and the never ending dream
Fight for what it should be to be rejected
Failuar is in the forecast cast upon me by the fellow people
Surrounding my future that i hold ahead
Waiting for my created mistake to bring me down

I cant touch what i cant see
I cant feel what isn't there
I feel cold to the touch
Riddled to the bone
All for my American dream
I will succeed
