Pain in disguise.

by LKA   Mar 3, 2006

She runs into her bedroom,
Tears flow from her eyes,
Another fight with her parents,
Nobody to hear her lonely cries.

Have you ever looked at her,
Looked deep into her eyes,
You will see all the pain,
Shes trying to disguise

Next time you see her,
Look at her arms,
And you will discover,
Just how badly she self harms.

Her friends were so supportive,
They were always there,
But she pushed them away,
She thought they didnt care.

She never really mattered to anyone,
Just another face,
When people found out all her secrets,
They all thought she was a disgrace.

Now shes at her loneliest,
Her arm is badly bleeding,
Its her moment of weakness,
Her best friend she is needing.

This is brilliant, very well witten and powerfully expressive. the last stanza seems a little weaker than the rest, but overall it's a brilliant peice.
