The first day i walked into class
I didn't know we would soon be friends
Until the day we sat in the grass
Drawing the sketches of trees on the bend
We had lots of fun times this school year
And hope we have more after summer
The first day I had a lot of fear
That the day would be a bummer
But as the semester went on
The more and more we partnered up for projects
I started to rely upon
Whether you would soon choose to neglect
But then I realized that I won you as a friend
