Love Rocks, Love Stones

by RainbowSlider   Mar 6, 2006

A rock hurls through space like a rolling stone.
The rock hits other rocks making small stones.
The rock heats up and volcanoes are formed.
Magma is produced and stones are deformed.

Some say that rocks have nothing to say.
Others say the stones have plenty to say.
The rock keeps on rolling growing moss.
Some say that a rolling stone gathers no moss.

On a rock tablet words are written.
But the stone breaks and many are smitten.
A woman comes to a rock to dip water.
People try to stone someone's daughter.

Love rocks but love also stones.
People in glass houses should not throw stones.
People in rock houses should not throw glass.
Passion rocks but anger stones without class.

Have you hugged your rock today?
Have you kept your stones at bay?
Love rocks the world like baby.
Love stones the world making us crazy.
