God Please Bless The U.S.A.

\\\"I\\\'m proud to be an American, where at least I know I\\\'m free\\\"
Each time I hear those words sung out. they touch me so deeply
I think of those in other lands who don\\\'t have the privileges that are my right
And wonder how they must be living when with each day comes another fight
Some of them fight just to survive, with no hope to be free
And I thank God that he chose this great country for me...
I think of our many brave soldiers all over the world
Each time I gaze up and see our flag unfurled
They\\\'ve denied themselves so much just so that I might remain free
Not least of these leaving behind each loving family
None of them know if they\\\'re going, never to return back home
But they put the needs of America first, and lastly their own
So remember to think of them with gratitude and thanks
As many are sleeping somewhere in the dirt on foreign banks.
Ask God to bless them and send them our love
And then just one more wish granted from above
God please dont let their effort be in vain, and bring them safely back to us
These blessings for our brave men and women, I will to you entrust
Thank you for creating me American and allowing me to live another day
In this spectacular land I love...God, please bless our U.S.A.
