Frosting

by BoulevardOfBrokenDreams   Mar 8, 2006

Glass touched with icy needles
flowers crisp with winters wonder
white fireflies glide smoothly out of the sky
like bright sparkled feathers in the night
strong winds blow laying ice onto vibrant leaves
making life a transparent chime in the moonlight
fallen flowers dancing fluently
through glistened water touched with grief
pawprints pressed within the frost
tracing dreams across troubled thoughts
summers fluent, wild, warm colors
tossed and turned into marble lights
cool winters chill comes early this year
