Crying For Help

Crying for help
to get away from this ongoing pain
Weeping for understanding
to let it all out for every one to see
Jumping for attention
to be noticed and have my scream no longer go unheard
Hiding for comfort
to be left alone so I can find some peace
Laughing for pretend
to be thought of as happy, not soaking in my own distress
Dancing for energy
to get all the anger out
Singing for relief
to have a reason to dream
Dying for freedom
to leave this unseeing and cruel world
