Forever yours- the poem expresses clearing that its a one sided love.
its sad but many people can relate to it for its common to be in this situation.

It shows that you are deeply in love, and that even though she wants to separate you won't oppose resistance for you are sure that with distance and time she will realize that you are the one for her.

When we were together you were all I would think about, No matter the time of night or day.
Now that we are apart you are still all I think about, Though now my thoughts are accompanied by pain.
^^^^ So much is said in the first two lines already and I haven't even finished reading the poem. Your love for this girl can easily be seen and obvious you are in such heartbreak.
