Healing rain

I feel so much pain,
you have no empathy.
It's always been the same,
at least have some sympathy.

Throw me in fire,
The pain continues to burn.
I gave you my love,
When is it your turn?

I thought I could believe,
I thought I could trust.
Love never received,
Die I must.

I continue to burn,
in this fire of pain.
Waiting for love,
To put it out like rain.
