Maybe today

The alarm sounds as the dew outside glistens.
The sound of the new morning listens,
to the thoughts that start the day.
maybe today will be OK.
If i stay positive and share my smile, maybe today will be worth while.
Maybe today will be the day where i can truthfully smile and say I'm OK.
Maybe today ill no longer hurt. Maybe i wont feel so much like dirt.

But i get to school and know its all a lie, cause i see his face again...and start to cry.
