A Mother's Love

by Anthony Vasconez   Mar 9, 2006

You wiped away so many tears
the lost of you I always fear
You thought me how to use my heart
and showed me life can fall apart

you've shown me hope when times were tough
you cried with me when life was rough
you lifted me up when I felt short
You laughed with me to show support

You held me tight when tears would fall
You made me feel better after all
You gave me strength to walk alone
You helped me find my courage bone

You endured your knowledge for me to take
You have shown me love's hearts can break
Your truly a gift from above
I'm glad I have my mothers love

I love you mom

Wow that was a great poem not many people can appreciate the love their mother gives them...they don't understand that there are mothers out there that never hug or kiss. That dont care if there child is crying! Good job in capturing that 5/5
