1 Rose for the wife
Handed with such grace
As the wind whips your face
You walk so silently
Such a sorrowful look upon your face

1 Rose for the wife
Escorted by your brother-in-law
To hold you up so you don't fall
Help you move away
From the casket that holds your love

1 Rose for the wife
A look of shock finally hits
You realize he isn't here anymore
Untouchable, out of reach
Not able to see nor touch his face

1 Rose for the Wife
As you watch your loved ones
Glaze
Glaze at you
For you have lost your place

1 Rose for the wife
1 Single Sorrowful Rose
To go along
With you, the wife
1 Single...yellow rose

    Another great poem.

    "1 Rose for the wife
    A look of shock finally hits

    that was my favorite part.
