What is a best friend

This isn't really a poem. I meant for it to be a quote but it was too long so I put it here. Enjoy!

Best friends are basically your family. Always supporting one another and being there all the time. Being a best friends means if you get into a fight with them you always make up and later on as the years pass, you look back on the things you fought about and laugh. It means even if your best friend is smiling you know when there's something wrong. Best friends are corner stones in our lives. They're our rock when we need them. If one of them says they need a shoulder to lean on, a best friend will say, "I have two". If one of them needs a hug, a best friend will hold on as long as she needs to in order to make her best friend feel better. Best friends do things for each other from the heart and don't expect anything back because the satisfaction is seeing their best friend smile. To see a smile on your best friend is to have the greatest of all treasures in the world.
