Hey Nat, I'm with everyone else when they say this is a great poem. Some of it didn't seem to flow right, though, and I think maybe taking a word out here and there would have fixed that problem such as:

The fear of living
In a world full of lies
Broken promises
And all the silent cries

maybe Broken promises/ and silent screams.

Alright enough constructive, I feel so mean :)

But you do have talent when it comes to emotions, something I know I need to work on. And you do have great word choice. Keep writing.

Your poem was long and i liked it. but. i think that maybe with a little more effort.. you could patch up the rhyming scheme a little.

Been there done that....Amazing poem, took me back in time to where I tried to commit suicide. Some people say that I should be thankful for being alive, but how can I?? When I really wanted to die!! Ohh that rhymed lol...I loved this poem, made me think!!

I can relate to most of the stuff you wrote not really the slitting the wrist cause i never did that i kind of thought about it but then i thought there was more to life.
