Dear God

Dear God, it's me.
I know you know,
cuz you keep track of
every place I go.

I just wanted to thank you
for waking me up today
with sunlight in my bedroom window.
Lord, that is your way.

Keep me safe as I go about,
whether to the store or at my house.
Lord, when troubles come, don't let me pout,
but put my faith in you and never doubt.

Father, let me ever desire you,
like a kid in a candy store.
Let me never be satisfied, God.
Always longing for you more.

When temptation comes,
hide me 'neath your arms.
As is your way, Jesus,
shelter me from harm.

God, don't let me forget
that all you say is true
to help me avoid the world
to please my God and savior, you.

    *cries* seriously. Beautiful. My heart is bursting with pride. I can c u truely live a life of worship my friend. cause as u know worship isn't just raising ur voice and hands in church it's the way you live ur life...
