Giving In

by jess   Mar 12, 2006

What's the point in living
When all you feel is pain?
What's the point in trying
When nothing is all you gain?

Cuts so deep, they bleed so slow
With this jagged edge in your skin.
Everyone tries, but no one knows
How much you're holding in.

They think they know your secrets,
They think they know how you feel.
But they don't know the person you show
Is someone who isn't real.

You're lost inside, and so confused
You don't know who you can trust.
Anger, hatred, and sickness control you
You try not to give in but you must.

Cut one last time and make it good
Make sure you don't live through.
A few words from her that you forget...
"I will always love you."
