If you see me smile, laugh
That doesn't mean I'm happy
If you think it's all real
Then you don't know the real me

September 25, 2005 is gone
But the memory's still with me
The smiles and laughs we shared
I missed the way it used to be

It used to be just me and you
I try so hard not to cry.
But I just can't let it go,
I don't understand why.

I walked out, crying my hardest
No one could my tears in the rain.
I cried my heart out,
Releasing all the pain.

Love sucks, it really does
But I've never been so loved before
And it all just came tumbling down
I don't have that love anymore.

But it all had to end like this
I'm not even your friend
I guess this is it
