As tears run down his cheek
she realizes she was wrong
they were in love
they really did belong

She didn't know
that she'd die for him
until she told him it was over
and now, her chances of getting him back are slim.

If only she'd expressed her love
they'd be together today
she wouldn't have a self broken heart
she wouldn't live in dismay.
