View on society

Took a trip today
And saw the new generation
And everything they had to say
Was some kind of discrimination

A young girl in a store
Stealing these diet pills
She's lost weight but wants to lose more!
Her paranoia is giving her chills

She's turning down her meals
And she's turning white
Nobody knows how she feels
But we know she's not alright

A boy with a life ahead
Tokes up on weed every night
To his friends, he's practically dead
How can this be so right?

Long-sleeved shirts and bracelets
Cover up the pain made
Because they're too weak to face this
But do the scars ever fade?

Parents are just enemies
They think WE must do everything
That's a major problem with society
They think they can rule anything

What's wrong with the world?
Why we so blind to see
That there's a starving little girl
Or a boy on drugs will never succeed

We reject our own country's homeless
We just walk past them on street
How could we even do this?
Alls we ever do is cheat...

People need our help in the south
But instead our money goes over-seas
What kind of words are coming out of your mouth?
Oh, they are fine by all means...

This world needs to stop and listen
They need to open their eyes
That there is something missing
Lets save our hope and faith before it dies...
