Meaningless words can make us all feel so much better

I can cry for hours,
And lose control over my soul,
My whole body on a whole.
I can play my music loudly,
Get lost in the sound,
Sing at a peak and spin right round.

But never leave the room,
Where I've been born and bred,
Want to leave the town,
But always forget my head,
Just follow my heart,
Till I realise I can't pay,
And when I get asked where I'm going
I have no where to say.

Tied in a straight jacket,
So I just don't feel pain,
But the more I don't bleed the more hurt comes again.
Locked in a dungeon,
Where is the light?
Where are the hugs to hold me real tight?

Where's the comfort,
I'm out of the zone,
Where's the music,
The relaxing tone,
Chanting our lyrics,
Our favourite tune,
But no other voice,
No harmony in this room.

Out of the darkness,
Into the world,
Falling with no barriers to hold,
Calling out,
Without a cry,
Watching the smiles blur on by.

Down on the pavement,
The tears dissolve,
Get washed away,
They're all solved,
Down on the carpet,
The blood leaves a mark,
Never washing off,
Glows in the dark.

Where are you now?
I'm on my own,
Where's the pathway I was once shown,
Through the problems,
Right till death,
If I turn right there's no streets left...

Where's the tunnel?
Where's the light?
All in darkness...
This isn't right,
Sinking, Rotting,
Whisper good bye,
And as my final movement,
I release my sigh...
