I do care

by David Marshall   Mar 12, 2006

She thinks I don't care,
But I'm always there.

She thinks it wont be OK,
But I got something to say.

When you broke my heart,
and made me cry.
I always came back,
with out a goodbye.

When you put me through hell,
and pushed me away.
My heart could tell,
that I would stay.

When I look at the scars I made,
with this evil blade.
All i could do is stare,
wondering what we share.

But before you begin to lie,
before you begin to cry,
before you want to die,
before you say goodbye.

I want to let you know,
why I'm always there.
I may not always show,
but I truly do care.
