Just Remember You're No-one

by Vanessa Lea   Mar 13, 2006

You can just look at me
And make me hate myself
You seem to be so perfect
Yet I'm so damaged and seeking help

I only have to look at you
To know you're everything I'll never be
And even though I'm constantly trying
I can't help being me

Next time you walk past me
I'll hold myself together, not shatter
Cos I'll just remember you're no-one
And your opinion of me doesn't matter

I need you to help me feel like this.
    You are my strength.

Not too bad...Not as good as the other two, but every poet has poems like these sometimes. You can always feel emotion in your poem, and even though I didn't like it, I'm going to give it a 5.5 because you could feel the emotion which is always great.

Being you is the best thing you could do. Everyone is unique, lets keep it that way. Nice poem, really well thoughout. Keep on writing!

That just doesn't sound like it fits to me. Otherwise nice ideas and all.
