I miss you

*Written on Valentines Day when my Grandpa died*

I'm missing you already, even if it was tonight,
I can't believe you're gone, but I love you with all my might.
I can't stop the tears from flowing,
AS the pain inside keeps growing.
You died tonight, and 70 years old,
I guess your age is concidered gold.
You took your last breath all alone,
And now your cold and solid as stone.
We ran once we heard about you,
But it was too late, you're life was through.
I wrote you a poem, since it's valentines day,
But I never read it to you, but it's okay.
I'll read it out loud, as I say goodbye,
I still can't believe that you died.
I'll love you forever, you're in me now,
But I can't believe it, even if I know how-
it happened, you've been sick for 2 years,
But I denied you had cancer, after rejecting the tears.
But now they pour out of me, as if they won't stop,
Yet I know you are walking on the top-
of the clouds, as you see your mom again,
As well as your Grandma and Grandpa Sherman.
I know it'd be selfish if I could bring you back,
Because the last days of your life, the happiness lacked.
So this is goodbye, one last time,
One day I'll see you again, but in the meantime-
I'll be waiting, I love you.

Aww...Yet again I wrote a poem to my Grandpa when he died...
Your's is so sweet and sad!
When people pass away...the only way to keep them alive is by thinking of them...Im sure you've heard that...but thats what makes someone Imortal...You can NEVER die if the people you love still keep yu alive :)
