Lovelight ....... Goodbye

Why we're still together,
I do not really know,
For our light of love,
Has failed to even glow,

We never see each other,
But only once a week,
So why are we together,
For just a little peek,

When we try to talk,
It ends in only fight,
Which doesn't help inspire,
Our faint and weak Lovelight,

What else can I do,
About this pointless date,
For our supposed love,
Is just full of secret hate,

It seems that all that's left to do,
Is that we must break,
This dim light of love,
That has failed to awake.
