Fade Away

by Gemma   Mar 13, 2006

Sitting in the back seat
Smoking myself to death
Gazing out the window
At another wedding dress

Watching the world pass in fast forward
While I move in Slow Motion
Stop, change, please
before I fade away

Standing at the bar again
Smiling at the DJ
Order in the same old drinks
We won't remember much anyway

I dye my hair to get a change
from all the colors I've come to hate
and I know tomorrow will be the same
Unless I Fade away....
