Dont let go

My mind was empty,
My heart was broke,
I prayed up high,
That my tears would choke.

I hated my life,
It was a waste of their time,
As all they wanted me to do,
Was go away and die.

But then i saw a face,
It was different from the rest,
An angel sent down on me,
Then i realized id been blessed.

This face,
It had a smile,
This smile it was not fake,
This smile was something so beautiful,
When it shon on me,
I thought it was a mistake.

Why am i being rewarded?
I got on my knees and asked?
Tho there was no one speaking to me,
I knew the answer was "this one will last"

Iv been rewarded for my deeds,
Blessed for all these pleads,
You have taught me how to love,
I can't seem to thank you enough.

I only ask two things,
Keep me and love me forever,
Id die if you ever left me,
Don't let go of me baby,
Not never xxx
