His Initials

I engrave his initials on my wrist
I feel the pain
I see the blood
But one day I see the initials
And one tear falls because I look up
And see him looking at me
One tear falls down his face
After class he walks up to me
And wipes away my tears
And wonders why I was crying
I asked why he was
He says because watching an angel like you crying and holding your wrist
Why were you crying?
And why were you holding your wrist?
You wouldn't understand I said
Try me. He said
The only thing that would explain is this
I show him my wrist with the initials
He looks at me with those bright green eyes
They start to fill with tears
He holds me for a couple of seconds
Then pulls up his sleeve
To my surprise on his wrist are my initials
See we are not the different are we. He says
