Life Debt

by Cueball24   Mar 14, 2006

Life flashing rapidly before my fading dying eyes.
Amidst foreboding gloom and gut winching cries.
Death hovering weightlessly with his metal scythe.
While in constant burning pain I writhe.
Blood streaking flowing out my mouth as in a race.
Choking coughing while looking up at your sweet face.
Struggling relentlessly to find the words to say.
Never confessed my unending timeless love for you this day.
Your tender soft hands feel evilly cold to the touch.
Quietly silently my heart bleeds so very much.
My only wish was for you to be my loving passionate wife.
Taking four steel copper plated bullets I willingly give my life.
On the cliff's edge of death my superhuman strength is fading fast.
Horrid lusting demise my next breath could be my last.
Zipping up single black body bag my eyes needing cover.
Kissing my crimson stained lips you were my lover.
