Waters absurd

The smoke rose to see
beyond its plated walls
it dug its way through a mountain
the find the world it loved

at the foot of the rock it escaped
the fog came across a stream
the reflection stole its attention
and with sadness the haze began to dream

wake up my fortune star
the monsters are creeping in
i cant just re-write your heart
or stop whats happening
but i can wait right here
in defiance of my promises

after a lifetime the smoke returned to its rock
disheartened by what he saw in the stream
but suddenly out of the darkness came a light
the fog shuddered this cannot be

the clear entity in his dream
stood looking down at him
dressed in white satin it gleamed
and shook down the walls from within

death had confused and destroyed
both there minds
and now love and defiance returns both there lives

not to seem demeaning or too assumptous but if anyone wants me to explain the meaning of this or any of my poems id be very much obliged to
