We just separated, drifted apart
I don\'t think this move was very smart

We were useperable, always together
We thought we would be friends forever
Through thick and thin we made it through
You helped me along and I helped you
We made up songs, poems and rhymes
We shared a lot of real fun times
It all happened in Jr. High
Our friendship slowly started to die
I don\'t remember what was said
I just remember all the dread
I see you, talking with them
I don\'t even stop to talk like we did way back when
I still remember every day
Every funny thing you would say
All the times used to share
Its like WE weren\'t even there
Occasionally we will stop to greet
But still our friendship is incomplete
I really don\'t know what happened that day
Or what i did or didn\'t say
All I remember is we drifted apart
