Your Little Shadow

I blow you a kiss but it never reaches your far away lips.
you want her, not me. she's your star, and i am your shadow.
i can tell you love her but you don't even notice my existence.
i know it's not your fault.
she keeps your eyes on her.
do as your queen desires.
brush me off and ignore my heart.
i know you wont care to watch my life fall to pieces.

    Hey Sarah, i just wanted to say nice work =) you did a good job, i quite liked the line which you got the title from, it had a feeling about it.
    Just some friendly advice, try and write a little more, i think if you really set your mind to it, you could have made each one of those lines a new stanza/verse. but great work any way
