Trying to move on, grow up
in a universe that can get far too rough
i keep moving on, pushing forward
in a world filled of suffering and pain
I'm finding my way slowly through life
in a country full of war and despair
i stay hopeful and determined
in a state full of crime and neglect
i continue to try hard and give it my all in a city misunderstood, trying to live happily, i manage to strive and achieve
in a house surrounded by family
and a home full of love
