Daddy's Little Girl

Daddy? Daddy?
Why did you go away?
When I saw you in that casket,
All I could do was pray.

Who's gonna keep those boys away,
Since your not around?
Ever since you left,
My life has been down.

My grades are slipping.
I don't know what to do.
The only person on my mind,
Is always you.

Daddy I know,
You would want me to do my best.
So I'll try hard in all areas,
And won't act like the rest.

Daddy I know, you're happy in heaven.
But when you died I was only eleven.

Daddy I love you,
And I know you know.
I'll always be your little girl,
Even when I grow.
