Helps to break down all the fear.
Fast life - getting spun out all the time,
Another spliff, another bottle of wine.
Awake, awake, when I ought to be dreaming,
Pollution's got my eyes constantly streaming,
Yeah it's a good day to die,
Is it just my acid tongue - or am I really high.

If you love another, do not despair,
A bit of dis-empowerment will get you right there.
If you love someone - make sure that it's you,
There's not much more we can do...
With this connection, how can you be alone?
Listen with your heart, this is the way home.
Imitation - it's a source of mutation,
Clarity, direction, found in meditation.

Take a re-frame for your health,
I love myself loving you loving yourself.
In a short while this will all make sense,
As the truth rolls in, smashing down your defence.
You'll be surprised how quick your life will change,
As you look back it may all seem strange.
