Looking down

When you finally go
and leave us all behind
I will look down and smile
Thinking you were never there
when I needed you the most

When I went to you for help
You gave me lies
And showed me the road to demise
You never cared about me
You saw right through me
And only saw her

So when you leave us all here
Stuck on this mortal plane
I look down at your stone
And smile
