Aside from a few spelling mistakes and I think you mean drew not draw in this sentence (draw a breath) I think this was breathtaking. I never read a dark poem that gave such imagery. Especially when the speaker was about to be hung at that last second, I had such a picture of the person talking that I wanted to help them at all cost.

I got shivers. your use of discription was exellent. i felt i could 'see' it was i read the words. the flow was perfect
