I'm your barbie doll

by Golden AnGel Rhapsodist   Mar 20, 2006

1

You made me believed in you
That you love me when you don't
You stated you want me to be with you
But you played my heart with your words

2

You made me believed in you
With your bitter, sour lies
I knew you wanted to see me broken
Sad face and lowered eyes

3

When I'm with you I want you to be proud
I forgot I'm your closet girl that you don't want to talk about
Hope you're happy now, playing with me
Your favorite Barbie doll.

This is a poem that I'm sure many will nod along to when reading.
Love can be wonderful and difficult but sometimes it can be just damn right cruel.
It is never nice to come to the realisation that those we love are using us for superficial purposes, in this case, a 'Barbie doll'

    Hello,

a sad tale that is true for many. A trophy bride, only meant for shallow purposes and certainly not meaningful reasons, like companionship and friendship.

    Nice work,

    Take care,

    Michael
