In Your Shoes.

In Your Shoes:

Next time a friend is
in sorrow or grief, ponder
to think what they are
going through, just stop and think.

If it were you, in your
shoes what would you do?
Give them your support as much
as you can give to help lift them back up.

Walk with them down their
narrow path, help them see
and steer them in the right way.
Is this not the proper thing to do?

We are all travelers in this
life, treasure those you have met,
those you call your friends.
For is it not remarkable that out of
millions that only a few become
your friends.

Count your friends like your
blessings, for they are your
blessings each and every day.
To share in your long journey till it's end.

beautifully done. love these lines. yet, there are such few friends who will actually walk the path with us. blessed are we that find these treasures.

    peace and prayers
