Together

by Jemma   Mar 21, 2006

We've walked so many thousand miles
Our footsteps fall beneath the sea
As oceans came and swam upon our feet
Splashing in the surf

We've toiled hard, digging each hole
A dot to dot of England
Childish laughter as the moon goes cold
We're fighting as we climb

We've flown above a million clouds
The water drowned me while the air kept me
You fell beneath, holding my hand
Dancing in the sky

The flames smoulder my eyes
As we play with fire
The smoke sticks to our throats
As we sing an ever earthy song

We sing as of elements that make our life hard
Yet make us so happy together
As however high we fly
We always come down, together
