Blue Ribbon

by Jemma   Mar 21, 2006

A sweet embrace in winter's fear
Sweet kisses embedded deep
As a blue ribbon slips
And your hand catches silk
Brushes my cheek, so gentle
Ever so gentle, like spiders' web spun
A soundless whisper that spring has begun

**well its a fresh start, a rekindled love but starting a new although it could be interpretted differently. I think rekindled because its a change as suggested with a change of season, wirtten coinsiding with the first day of Spring**

**put in love but well it's kind of a life poem as well in my opinion**
