Holding Me Back

You hurt me
you bruised my heart
you made me cry
and you broke my heart
many a times.
but when i go to leave
you stop me,
tell me that you love me
and that you are sorry
plus it will never happen agian.
I believe you,
I stay.
But it happens agian.
and this time i have the strength
to finally get up and leave,
but then again
you tell me that
you need me.
I know i should go
but something is
holding me back
is it love?
I wonder.
But whatever it is
on day there will be
nothing holding me back.
