Don't

by Nicole Heppner   Mar 22, 2006

Don't look at me that way
As you brush your arms against mine
Your innuendos will get you everywhere
As you use your subtle effective lines
Don't touch me that way
When you know I can't resist
The flirtatious taunts overwhelm me
As I fantasize about just one kiss
Don't look at me that way
The way I look at you
I crave having you near
I crave knowing you do too
Don't hold me that way
I cringe at your touch as it leaves me wanting more
I am not allowed to want and adore
Don't look at me that way
Because everybody can see
Leaving me wonder how much longer it will be
Until we give in
Don't pull me close in that way
It may seem so right for so long
But in the end we both know
You and I would be so wrong
