Friends

I had a fight with Lana again,
I wish I didn't it's causing too much pain.
As I walked home in the rain,
I saw her drive home with Tash and Jane.
When I got home I realized then,
When I saw a piece of paper and pen.
On the table sat a note,
And on it my mum had wrote;
Your friends have been in a crash,
The only one dead was Tash,
The other two were badly hurt,
If only they had been more alert.
As I rushed to the crash zone,
I thought about the way the night shone,
The night sky seemed to mock me,
I was even scared by the trees.
When I got there,
It was too much to bear,
My friend Tash there limp and fine,
It looked like it was a sign;
Lana was in the back of the van,
All I could see was her hand,
The next day I awoke,
To the words that had been spoke;
Darling I'm sorry Lana's dead,
Her boyfriend is at her bed,
Sweetie I'm sorry it was just her time,
As she walked out I saw a flash of light, like a dime.
I lay down to think and I hope you do too;
That maybe if I had just said sorry,
Then I wouldn't have as much worry.
I would have driven like I normally do,
And maybe tomorrow we would be going to the zoo.
Don't fight with your friends,
And always remind them that you care,
Cause one day they won't be there!

    Hey umm just a little tip not all poems have to rhyme.. i think this one would have been better if you wouldnt have forced the rhyme so much.. but yeah it was good other than that.. and if the story was true i'm sorry for your loss.. bye bye EJ
