Wow, I can't even read this because there is no punctuation. You should always have comma's and periods so the reader can understand and comprehend what you are saying. Here is what it should look like:

"I'm so confused right now, and I really don't know what to do. I wish you could understand that I do care about you, but there is something that is keeping me from you. I don't know what it is but I'm really confused. Will somebody please help me? I have been with alot of guys and they all say the same thing, but in the end they're all the same. I want to tell you how I really feel but I don't know how. I just don't want to get hurt again. I'm not trying to put you down by any way or trying to hurt your feelings. I'm just really confused right now there is so much stuff on my mind. I'm almost at a break down in life but I don't know what to say.........
I'm just really confused.
