Tell me why...

by krzysiek   Mar 23, 2006

There is something I need you to say,
You know that for you i was always there,
For you I could do everything,
Tell my why, you didn't understand those things.

I know that you are not interested in, to be
my girlfriend, my soul mate... oh no, not to me.
Now I know everything, and I love you no more.
Tell me why, you couldn't say me that before.

You liked when I talked to you that you are my star,
That's true, because you were always away from me, away so far.
You were saying that I'm sweet and cute
Tell me Why, you didn't told me the truth?

You never liked me that is the truth...
You just liked those sweet things I for you do.
You never told me, that I got no chance,
You didn't want me to stop this blind dance.
You hurt me a lot, and I know that you don't care,
You felt good when I was doing those things, is that fair?

Finally, I am free from you...
but I will never forget this, what did you...
Some part of me, was still in love with you...
it was my heart, but I had to kill it, to be free from you.

Goodbye...

"For you I could do everything," This line stood out to me the most, it was like I could have done everything for you...but you wouldn't let me...
Such a sad and emotional poem...the 4th stanza seemed the best to me as it was a dramtic change from the other verses and the repeition really hammered in the point "you" is really direct
This was such a good poem to read...keep writing!!
