A simile of my Love

by AshLeiGh NiCoLe   Mar 23, 2006

**I had to write a simile poem with at least 20 lines for my poetry class... I wrote about Jordan**

My love is like the morning sun,
Shining down upon him.
My happiness is like my love,
Stong, intense, and passionate.
I'll give my heart
To his hand.
All he has to do is ask.
I know he'll treat it fragilly.
He'll caress it, like it's glass.
He's the boy I want to marry,
Make our two lives into one.
Not only is he quiet, dedicated,
He's also outgoing, and he's fun!
He's got all my dreamguy qualities,
More than cute, funny, and sweet.
He's kind, smart, and heartfelt.
Also caring, gentle, and deep.
If this boy wasn't in my life,
My heart would not be whole.
His love is like my morning sun,
Shining upon my soul.
