He's The Reason

You feel so distant towards the people
who loved you so. there almost a blur,
but still you try and stay strong.
you move away,with your heart broken in two pieces
but still you try and stay strong.
you cry with your pillow soaking wet at night
but still you put on that fake smile just so you can hide away.
soon enough it was to much the
glass felt good going across that skin,
it felt good to finally beable to reliease some pain.
to see some blood,to feel something other than heartbrake.
you hide your scars with the sleves of your shirt.
but scars never fade nor do memorys.
they stick in the back of your mind dragging you back
to that time when it was okay to get pleasure from pain.
but you promised him you wouldnt do it anymore you
promised the one person who would never let you down,
who would never give up on you, who always was there.
God is the reason you stay strong today.
